66th Annual General Meeting and Lunch
The Royal Concert Hall, Glasgow

On behalf of President Alasdair and the committee, we wish you all, A Happy and Healthy New Year.
If you or your guest at The Christmas Lunch won the Maltmen Dinner tickets, please advise Richard or Tom Monteith immediately.
Our first lunch of 2026 will be held in The Green Room, Glasgow Royal Concert Hall.
The A.G.M. will start at 11.30. If you are having guests, who are not Club Members, with you at the lunch, they will be most welcome, but please ask them to arrive about 12.15. If your guest is a member, please advise their name so they can have the paperwork for the meeting mailed to them. Like you, they will receive; Agenda, Wine Stock Sheet, 2025 Minutes and Accounts, all sent by email in advance of the meeting.
The bar will open as soon as the AGM is finished.
The full menu and the day’s wine selection are on the reverse of this circular. Your Committee is sure that you will enjoy the Lunch and Wines. Please advise in advance of any dietary issues, not just on the day.
We hope that there will be a good turnout for the AGM and Lunch and we look forward to seeing the membership in our Glasgow Home.
As usual, there will be a raffle. Any prize donations to enhance the ones put up by the Club will be most welcome.
N.B. Bookings for 2026 lunches after February, will not be taken before the AGM is over. Priority for 2026 lunches will be given to people attending the AGM Lunch.
